The self-contained cottage is conveniently located within walking distance of the Springlands Shopping Centre, 3 minutes from Blenheim and 5 minutes from the many wineries and restaurants, making The Loft an ideal base from which to explore the delights of Blenheim and the wider Marlborough area.

The main double bedroom of the cottage is stylish and has beautiful views of the garden and trees. The twin bedroom has modern, warm furnishings with a large cedar door opening out to the garden. The bathroom is well appointed with a shower, basin and separate toilet. Features of the separate kitchen are; a microwave, an electric hot plate, an electric fry-pan, a fridge and dining table. The comfortable lounge, complete with Sky TV, invites you to relax and unwind.

A door leading to the outdoor living area with seating and a BBQ allows you to take advantage of the balmy Marlborough weather while sampling the areas award winning wines.
Please note: Friday through Sunday we accept a minimum of 2 nights accommodation.
